I joined Delicious, after I viewed and explored some other bookmark sites given. While I typed in educational technology, I could not figure out how to use the program or look at comments. Bookmarking and tagging is an important thing in technology today. Social bookmarking is becoming more popular from day to day. Pintrest is a very common social bookmarking sight. Facbook and other social networks use tagging. In the classroom, students could bookmark there favorite things for a project, or just as a simple fun activity. It is also a good way for teachers to stay in touch and see what each others interests are. There are great ideas you can get from one another by bookmarking something you like. Fellow classmates that will be moving away after college you Pinterst, and that is a way I can keep in touch with their classroom, students, and love life.
